JD “Ramses is the Bus” Moore was a lifelong camper and has been coming to Pine Cove since he was five weeks old. After graduating from LSU, he joined the full-time staff in 2020 as the Men’s Director, and now Camp Director. He and his wife, Alli, have three children.
Ellie "Lunar Toons" Krejci serves as the Associate Director of the Ranch. She graduated from Baylor with a degree in Elementary Education and worked for four summers on summer staff at the Shores before joining the full-time team at the Ranch in 2020. Ellie and her husband, Mark, got married in May 2023.
Josh “Flynn Slider” Green worked 3 summers at the Woods before joining the Ranch full time as the Men’s Director. He is from Friendswood, Texas, and graduated from Stephen F Austin University with a degree in Marketing.
Remedy "Bo-v" Applegate served on staff at the Ranch for four summers before joining the full-time team as the Women's Director in 2021. Remedy graduated from Dallas Baptist University with a degree in Christian Studies before completing the Forge, Pine Cove's leadership training program.
