We're so excited you're interested in applying for the Forge, Pine Cove's leadership training program! We begin our interview process in mid October for the following year's Forge class.

Eligibility Requirements

Check Those Boxes

Anyone who wishes to apply to the Forge must meet the following eligibility requirements:

Placed belief in Jesus Christ as Savior
Living a lifestyle that demonstrates a following of Jesus
Possess some basic leadership traits/qualities
No older than 27
Not married
Be in good physical health
Acquire an appropriate visa if not a resident of the United States

Step-by-Step

- Step 1: Fill out this online application
- Step 2: Send a reference form to four personal references

We will notify you when we have received your application
Some applicants will receive a request to schedule a brief interview
You are welcome to apply anytime but we do not start our interview process until mid-October
Due to our high volume of applicants, we will notify you of the status of your application via the email address you submit in your application.
