Pine Cove’s Guide to Pick-Up at the Springs

We hope you had a great week! We are excited to see you back for pick-up. We know you will be looking forward to seeing your camper and hearing about their experience.

Picking Up On Property

Arrive between 9 am – 9:45 am Saturday and we’ll load up your luggage into your care before we start closing in the Dome at 10 am. Before we start closing we’ll have coffee for parents and the camp store will be open. We’ll be celebrating the week of camp, sharing some character qualities we’ve seen in your camper during the week, and saying goodbye. You will meet your cabin group at the end of closing celebration. Our goal is to be done with closing by 11:15 am.

There will be a place to pick up meds (please take them back—we don’t need them!). Check lost and found in case your camper’s Crocs somehow didn’t make it into their luggage. We’ll also have the camp store open for any last-minute Pine Cove purchases! 

Simplified Automatic Pre-Registration

To keep things simple at pick up and help families keep their spot, we’re guaranteeing another seriously fun summer by automatically pre-registering your camper for next summer. You will receive an email with more details before pick up, which will also provide you an easy way to opt out. There will also be staff to answer any pre-registration questions on property.
