Important 2024 Registration Dates

Some things never change: the zip line is always seriously fun. Dibs are always the perfect afternoon treat. Campers always lose (at least when it comes to our camo theme night games!). But a few things do change: camp names get longer, skits become more hilariously nonsensical—and registration dates move around! But don’t worry: we’re taking all these upcoming registration dates and making it easy as ice cream pie to navigate your way through. So come along and let’s check it out!

Pre-Registration Ends: August 13

With automatic pre-registration, your spot’s probably already saved for next summer. (That was easy!) But if you decided to hold off on snagging your spot for Summer 2025, the last day for you to do that will be August 13th.

Start Switching Sessions: August 14

Want to wave a wand and magically switch from the week you’re currently registered for into a different one? You can do that starting on August 14—no wand needed! Just log into your online account and as long as there’s enough space in your new session, you’ll be good to go!

Family campers can begin switching sessions on August 13th.

Overnight Youth Camp Registration Opens: August 16

It’s the happiest day in all the land: overnight youth camp registration opens up on August 16th! Tell your friends, circle the date on your calendar, and maybe even organize a quick parade around your block, because this is a day worth remembering—and celebrating! Not only does signing up ASAP mean you’ll have a better chance of snagging a spot in a cabin rather than on a waiting list, but it also spreads out your monthly payments over a longer amount of time, meaning your payments get broken up into the smallest chunks possible. Now THAT’S a win!

Begin Submitting Friend Group Requests: August 16

Whether you come to camp with a friend or you plan on rockin’ it by yourself, you’re sure to make SO MANY NEW FRIENDS! But if you’d like to make sure you’re in the same cabin as your buddy, you can submit that request in your online account on August 16th. 

Also: if you’d like to come up with a super cool secret handshake with your friend before you come to camp… that is definitely something that we would like to see. 

Winterfest Registration Opens: August 16

This year we’ll be kicking off the new year in the best place possible: at camp! Join us December 30th to January 1st for as much serious fun as we can cram into just a few days. From cool camp activities to awesome reunions with friends and counselors alike, Winterfest will be unforgettable! If you’d like to sign up to ring in 2025 with us, you can do that on the 16th in your online account. Ready? Let the 2025 countdown begin!

Brrr… it’s cold—and TASTY—in here! National Ice Cream Pie Day is coming up on August 18th, and we know you won’t want to miss it! So as long as you’re marking important dates on your calendar, we recommend also making a note of this tasty holiday.

Family Camp Registration: Rolling Waitlist

We have an exciting update to family camp registration! Instead of worrying about calling in at the right time and on the right day, you can now call in anytime and get on a waiting list for family camp! The waiting lists for our four family camps are always moving—changing, growing, shrinking, you name it! So give us a call at 877-474-6326 anytime between 8:30am and 5:30pm CST from Monday through Friday and we’d be happy to add you to the list. 

Pine Cove City Registration Opens: January 2025
